REFUND POLICY

The School offers no refunds for services or products.

As our service are digital products, it is deemed “used” after access is provided, materials are emailed, downloaded and/or opened. If you are not happy with our services, your only recourse is to unsubscribe from using the services. For the sake of emphasis, we do not provide refunds, credit, or prorated billing for any subscriptions.

CANCELLATION

When you cancel your subscription, your service will end before your next billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, please complete the following steps:

• Log into your account
• Click on your Avatar in the page header (top right of the page).
• Select Settings from the dropdown.
• Once in your Settings page, click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
• Under Active Subscriptions, locate the subscription you wish to cancel.
• Click the three dots for more actions and select Cancel this subscription.
